Peemkaew Thai in the Pearl

PeemKaew Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Portland and maybe even on the West Coast. My wife and I eat there at least once a month and sometimes we take the kids. The drunken noodles are just like from a street vender in Thailand--really good. We like the pumpkin
curry, the dungeness pad thai, and especially the pineapple fried rice. My son likes the sizzling beef.

We have always found the service to be friendly and quick. They need more seating and parking can be difficult but it is worth the trouble. I just wish they would open for lunch on Sunday. We would be there a lot more often if they were.
